1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Momena mobile application (“App”) and related website operated by us (“we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.

2. The service

Momena helps you organize family memories, calendar information, and health-related records on supported Apple devices. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The App is intended for use by adults or under the supervision of a parent or guardian who manages the device. You are responsible for activity that occurs on your device and for complying with Apple’s terms when you obtain the App from the App Store.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Optional paid features (such as iCloud Backup) are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions where available. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are processed by Apple. Subscription prices communicated on our website (for example €3,99 monthly and €34,99 yearly) are indicative; the App Store shows the price that applies to your account and region. Refund requests follow Apple’s policies.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you add to Momena. You grant us only the limited rights needed to provide the service on your device (and, if you enable iCloud Backup, to sync via Apple’s iCloud under your Apple ID). You are responsible for the legality of your content and for not uploading unlawful or infringing material.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App or website—for example, by attempting to access others’ data without permission, reverse engineering the App to circumvent security, or using the service to violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Momena is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. Health-related features are for personal organization only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any), or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater, except where such limitation is not allowed by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
